For our top quality hair, we need an extra 20 days to prepare the hair. But we will ship it for you when
you are ready, please don’t worry.
(If we have a holiday or weekend, we will ship your order after that)
Mode of transport: FedEx or DHL.
We have warehouses in China, so all orders will be shipped from China.
1. Free shipping to the US
Delivery time: Usually 2-3 business days for FedEx/DHL.
2. Other countries
Delivery time: usually takes 3-4 working days to European countries, 5-7 days to African countries.
Shipping costs in these countries plus $5
Tracking information
We will send you an email at the time of shipment. You can then check your order information,
address and tracking number. You can view tracking information at www.fedex.com or www.dhl.com .
